Quebec ... Did you try the restaurant "le cochon dingue" ? We also visited this city in January, 16 years ago, during an ice storm! Amazing memories!

cochon dingue was the very first restaurant tim and i went to when we went to quebec for french language study back in 2000. this time around we went to a diff restaurant. :-)
